The last factory in the world that still made typewriters, is closed. Godrej & Boyce closes its factory in the Indian city of Mumbai. The factory was until recently few thousand typewriters annually. The question, however, collapsed because modern communication tools like computers and smartphones also conquer flex n gate third world countries. The company has about 500 typewriters in stock, which it hopes to sell to the government of India, according to the director of the Indian business flex n gate newspaper Business Standard.
